Who we are

Lee James Apps is a UK-based sole trader run by Lee Roper. We build websites and software products. You can reach us by email at lee@leejamesapps.co.uk.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the leejamesapps.co.uk landing page and any direct enquiries you send us. Individual products (for example ownsite.co.uk, ourbigwedding.day, myselfibooth.uk, myfuneral.date, mytutor.work) each have their own privacy policy tailored to what that product does with your data. Use the policy on the specific product's site for product-specific details.

What we collect on leejamesapps.co.uk

• Enquiry details — if you use the contact form or email us, we store the name, email, and message you send. We use that to respond. Nothing else.
• Usage analytics — basic, privacy-respecting stats (page views, referrer, approximate country). No third-party tracking cookies, no profiling, no cross-site identifiers.
• Server logs — our VPS keeps standard web-server access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL, user agent) for up to 30 days, for security and debugging only.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't run third-party advertising or retargeting tags on leejamesapps.co.uk.
• We don't share enquiry content with anyone outside Lee James Apps unless legally required.

Where the data lives

All our servers are hosted in the EU/UK (IONOS UK VPS). Email is routed through Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation, based in India/EU). Payments, where applicable, run through Stripe (Stripe Payments UK, Ltd.).

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us to:

• See what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data (unless we need it for a legal reason, e.g. completed transaction records)
• Stop processing your data
• Send you a copy of your data

Cookies

leejamesapps.co.uk sets no cookies beyond what's strictly necessary to operate the site (none at present on the public landing page). Product sites may set their own — check each product's privacy policy.
